Ceremony & Reception Package

This package is designed for up to 100 people

This Package Includes:

• A two-night stay in a Specialty Suite (based on availability)
• Breakfast for two each morning in the Crystal Dining Room
• Use of the Crystal Ballroom for a Ceremony and Reception (a total of 4 hours)
  (Includes Ballroom set-up with Hotel tables, chairs, linens (black or white), tableware, uniformed catering staff, and post-event clean up)
• Cake and punch for up to 100 people (Our staff will cut and serve your cake)
• One bottle of champagne and two keepsake glasses
• A Bridal Bouquet consisting of a six rose bouquet or a seasonal mixed flower bouquet with a matching boutonniere
• An Officiant for your ceremony

$4,250.00 (includes all tax and service charges)

Offered Sunday through Friday 4:00pm–11:00pm.
Saturday evening surcharge may apply.

Ceremony & Reception Package

This package is designed for up to 50 people

• Use of the Conservatory Boardwalk, the Fountain Garden, or the East Lawn for your Ceremony
• A two-hour reception in the Conservatory (Includes set-up with hotel tables, chairs, linens (black or white), tableware, uniformed catering staff, and post-event clean up)
• 2 ½ hours live music for your ceremony and reception (strings)
• Cake and punch for up to 50 people (Our staff will cut and serve your cake)
• One bottle of champagne and two keepsake glasses
• A bridal bouquet consisting of a six rose bouquet or a seasonal mixed flower bouquet with a matching boutonniere
• An officiant for your ceremony

• Use of Glenwood Hollow Woodland Venue for your Ceremony
• A two-hour reception in the Conservatory 
  (includes room set-up with Hotel tables, chairs, linens (black or white), tableware, uniformed catering staff, and post-event clean up)
• Cake and punch for up to 50 people (Our staff will cut and serve your cake)
• One bottle of champagne and two keepsake glasses

Accommodate 50 guests for an additional $200.00

In the event of inclement weather, every effort will be made to accommodate
your wedding and reception indoors, based on availability

Treetop Elopement Wedding Package

Designed for up to 20 people, ceremony and small reception

This Package Includes:

• A one-night stay in a Crescent Cottage
• Wedding Cake to serve 20 people
  (double layer, two-tier white cake with white frosting)
• One bottle of champagne and two keepsake glasses
• Officiant for the Ceremony
• Dedicated Concierge for your event
• Set-up of 20 chairs and three round tables

$1,150.00 (includes all tax and service charges)

Full payment is required at the time of booking. This package is based on availability and is not offered with a Saturday-only stay. Hotel check-in time is 4:00 pm, check-out time is 11:00 am. A full-service catering menu is available if you'd like to order food and beverages from The Crescent Hotel.

Designed for up to 10 guests, ceremony only (no seating or setup included)

This Package Includes:

• A one-night stay in a Crescent Hotel Suite
• Wedding Cake for Two
  (two-tiered white cake with white frosting)
• One bottle of champagne and two keepsake glasses
• Officiant for the Ceremony
• Ceremony Location: Your ceremony location may be on the Hotel grounds or in a public area of the Hotel that is not reserved for another event, typically decided 1-3 days prior to your wedding day.

$750.00 (includes all tax and service charges)

Full payment is required at the time of booking. This package is based on availability and is not offered with a Saturday-only stay. Hotel check-in time is 4:00 pm, check-out time is 11:00 am. This elopement package is offered for a ceremony only, reception is not included. Cake & champagne will be delivered to your hotel room for a private celebration afterward.
